REFUND & RETURN POLICY
At Uvaa Origins, we are committed to delivering high-quality fragrance products and a smooth customer experience. Due to the personal and hygienic nature of our products, we follow a strict but fair return, refund, and cancellation policy. Please read this policy carefully before placing an order.
GENERAL RETURN POLICY
All products sold by Uvaa Origins are non-returnable and non-exchangeable once delivered, except in specific cases where the product is received in a damaged, leaked, broken, or incorrect condition. Perfumes and personal care products cannot be resold once opened or used. For hygiene, safety, and quality assurance reasons, we do not accept returns based on personal preferences, fragrance expectations, or dissatisfaction after use.
ELIGIBLE CASES FOR RETURN OR REPLACEMENT
A return, replacement, or refund may be considered only under the following circumstances:
• The product is physically damaged during transit
• The product is leaking or broken upon arrival
• An incorrect product has been delivered
• The package is received in a visibly tampered condition
In such cases, the issue must be reported within 24 to 48 hours of delivery.
MANDATORY UNBOXING VIDEO REQUIREMENT
To process any claim related to damage, leakage, missing items, or incorrect delivery, an uninterrupted unboxing video is mandatory.
The video must clearly show:
The unopened package with shipping label visible
The entire unboxing process
The damaged, leaked, or incorrect product
Claims without a proper unboxing video will not be considered under any circumstances.
NON-ELIGIBLE CASES (NO RETURN / NO REFUND)
Refunds or replacements will not be provided in the following situations:
Product has been opened, used, or partially used
Damage caused due to mishandling, improper storage, or negligence
Allergic reactions or personal sensitivity to fragrance ingredients
Dissatisfaction due to fragrance preference or intensity
Failure to report within the allowed time frame
Missing or incomplete unboxing evidence
Delays caused by courier partners beyond our control
Customers are strongly advised to perform a patch test before using any product.
REFUND PROCESS
If a return or refund request is approved:
Refunds will be initiated to the original mode of payment only.
Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer upon submission of valid bank details.
Refund processing may take 7-15 working days, depending on the payment provider or bank processing timelines.
Once initiated, refund confirmation and transaction details will be shared via email or WhatsApp.
DAMAGED OR TAMPERED PACKAGES AT DELIVERY
If your order arrives in a visibly damaged or tampered condition:
Do not accept the delivery.
Inform our support team immediately with photos or videos if possible.
If a damaged package is accepted at the time of delivery, the claim may not be eligible for refund or replacement.
ORDER CANCELLATION POLICY
Orders can be cancelled only before they are dispatched from our warehouse. Once an order has been shipped, cancellation is not permitted.
Cancellation Charges:
A 2.5% payment gateway charge will be deducted for prepaid orders cancelled before dispatch.
If an order is refused or returned after dispatch, a logistics and handling deduction of ₹75 or actual courier charges (whichever is higher) will apply.
Refunds for cancelled orders are processed within 7–15 working days after confirmation.
NON-DELIVERY OR LOST SHIPMENTS
If your order is marked as “Delivered” but has not been received, you must notify us within 3 days of the delivery status update. Requests raised after this period may not be eligible for investigation or compensation.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Uvaa Origins shall not be liable for:
Delays caused by courier partners or external logistics providers
Damage due to incorrect usage or storage
Allergic reactions or personal sensitivities
Indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from product use
All products are intended for external use only.
POLICY MODIFICATIONS
Uvaa Origins reserves the right to modify or update this Refund, Return & Cancellation Policy at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon being published on the website.
