All orders placed on the Uvaa Origins website are shipped from our authorized warehouse located in Guwahati, Assam, India. Each order is carefully inspected, packed, and dispatched to ensure product integrity and quality during transit.
SHIPPING COVERAGE & CHARGES
We offer pan-India shipping across most serviceable pin codes.
Shipping charges, if applicable, will be clearly displayed at checkout before payment.
Any promotional free-shipping offers will be applied automatically when eligible.
DELIVERY TIMELINES
Estimated delivery timelines may vary depending on location, courier availability, and external factors.
Standard Delivery Estimates:
Metro & Major Cities: 6–7 business days
Non-Metro / Remote Areas: 7–14 business days
Delivery timelines are approximate and may vary due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, local restrictions, or courier delays.
ORDER PROCESSING TIME
Orders are usually processed within 1–2 business days after successful payment confirmation.
Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are processed on the next working day.
Once your order is packed and dispatched, you will receive a confirmation via email and/or WhatsApp with tracking details.
ORDER TRACKING
Once your order is shipped, you will receive:

A tracking link via email and/or WhatsApp

DELIVERY HOURS
Deliveries are typically attempted between 9:00 AM and 8:00 PM, Monday to Saturday.
Deliveries are generally not made on Sundays or public holidays unless otherwise specified by the courier partner.
OTP / SIGNATURE CONFIRMATION

A recipient signature at the time of delivery

DAMAGED, TAMPERED, OR MISSING SHIPMENTS
